  1. Two steps for registration


  2. 1) Conference and events registration

  3. The MEMRO 2009 Conference Registration fee is now $600 and for residents and students it is $350. The fee includes: Meeting attendance, reception at the home of Dr. Rodney and Sherry Perkins (Wednesday evening), continental breakfast, lunch, dinner (Saturday evening), conference publication, Discussion Site access,  a hard copy of the conference publication, MEMRO Polo shirt, MEMRO shopping bag, and on campus internet access. After May 1, May 15, 2009 registration fees will increase.


  4. The Winery Dinner Banquet (Friday) and Monterey Bay Excursion (Sunday) are optional activities that you can sign up for at the time of conference registration.


  5. The Dinner Banquet is $90/person and is highly subsidized by MEMRO. It will take place at the Fogarty Winery located
       within a 30 minute drive from the Stanford campus (transportation provided). The price includes wine and beer, hors d’oeuvres, dinner, dessert and entertainment. You don’t want to miss Dr. Goode’s Magic show, a MEMRO tradition.

  6. The MEMRO excursion will be to the Monterey Bay and  is $90/person. It
    includes group transportation, breakfast on the bus, a box lunch, beach outing at Carmel-by-the-Sea, 17 mile drive, Monterey Bay Aquarium admission, time for shopping and dinning in Cannery Row.

  8. 2) Accommodations registration

  9. Two housing arrangements are available for you. A block of rooms are reserved at the Palo Alto Sheraton at a special MEMRO rate. In addition, a number of “apartment style” on campus housing accommodations are reserved. Both of these are located within a 10-15 minute walk from the meeting location.
